ShoppinGenie is not a coupon aggregator. Every price-drop deal is checked against real price history before it is posted. If the discount is inflated MRP math, it does not go live.

Price history first: We track how a product actually sold over weeks and months — not the struck-through MRP on the product page.
Worth score: Deals are ranked by depth vs typical price, position near historical lows, and sudden drops — bank offers are a labeled bonus, not the headline comparison.
Live re-checks: Posted deals are monitored. When price goes back up or stock runs out, the deal is marked Over and leaves the live feed.
Hand-checked offers: Active Offers (coupons, OTT, food apps) are verified manually before publish — steps, validity, and working links.
